A poor carpenter blames his tools
But I am moving this blog to Blogger. WordPress just doesn’t do it for me. New location is here.
Favorite website of the moment
Amanda recently pointed me to 101 Cookbooks. It’s the first cooking website that actually like. I have never had a lot of luck at other recipe sites. Either they weren’t my style of food or the sites search engines were terrible. But 101 Cookbooks has really good looking food and they are sorted in an intelligent manner. We had TLT sandwiches and tomato soup for dinner last week. The sandwich tasted like something you would pay $7 or $8 to get a Whole Foods and cost a good bit less to make at home.
How to Wrap a Burrito
If, like me, you are unable to make a burrito that stays together past the first bite, here’s the perfect method to wrap a stable burrito.
Ugh
Now that I am becoming Mr. Web 2.0, I have come to the realization that my blog is ugly. Like unpleasant to look at. I need to take a look at the themes around here and make some changes.
Photo Montage of Ben
Due to some technical difficulties, the video is not currently available. Come back soon for an update. OK, the video is now up and running.
Ben is home and cute as hell
Amanda and I have been home with Ben now for a few days. Here’s some photos from Ben’s first few days of life.
Quick update
It’s been two months since I last posted anything, and longer than that since I posted anything of substance. All the China pictures have been up for some time now.
And the big, big news is that Amanda is due to deliver in two weeks. In other words, we are officially in “any day” mode. After the baby is born, I expect to post more.
Happy Belated April Fools Day from the BBC
BBC’s latest nature documentary.
First batch of photos are up
I’ve posted some China photos. I will be posting a few more thematic sets of pictures in the next few days, but the first batch is up.
Back from China
We have returned from our trip to China. I had intended to blog while in China, but the Chinese government blocks access to WordPress. I am the process of sorting through our 700+ pictures from the trip and placing them into some order. I’ll update the site as I make progress.
